Trading and settlement on the Vandrix platform operates through one or more regulated venue partners, each licensed under applicable EU financial markets law. Where DLT-based instruments are involved, venue partners operate under the relevant EU DLT Pilot Regime or equivalent regulatory framework. Vandrix does not operate its own trading venue and does not handle participant money or assets.
KYC, KYB, and AML checks are conducted on all participants prior to access. All participants are subject to ongoing monitoring and sanctions screening in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
