Vandrix – Every admitted company completes CohrEx Team Dynamics Assessment, adding science-based leadership validation to nano-to-midcap investing

LONDON / STOCKHOLM — 30 April 2026 — Vandrix Capital today announced a strategic partnership with Cohr Group, the Swedish behavioural-science firm behind the CohrEx Team Dynamics Assessment. Under the partnership, every company admitted to the Vandrix platform completes the CohrEx assessment, making leadership team validation a standard part of Vandrix’s admission process.

The move positions Vandrix as the first nano-to-midcap platform to embed neuroscience-based team assessment directly into its market infrastructure.

Vandrix is building a three-sided market where growth companies, investors, and traders meet, participate, and benefit. The partnership reinforces a core Vandrix conviction: the team is the investment.

Financial reporting shows what a company has done. CohrEx helps assess how the leadership team is likely to perform, scale, and execute under pressure.

Investors deserve more than a pitch deck and a balance sheet,” said Hans Magnus Kolaas, Founder of Vandrix Capital. “The leadership team is where execution risk lives. Decision-making, pressure handling, cooperation, and the ability to turn vision into results are critical performance drivers. With Cohr Group, every company on Vandrix is assessed through the same structured, science-based methodology. No exceptions.

The nano-to-midcap segment has historically lacked consistent tools for comparing leadership quality across companies. Investors often rely on financial data, founder narratives, and limited diligence. Vandrix is adding a new layer of validation by requiring every admitted company to complete an independent team dynamics assessment before entering the platform.

The CohrEx Team Dynamics Assessment combines neuroscience, behavioural science, and business data to evaluate how leadership teams operate beneath the surface. It measures three executive-function domains: cognitive flexibility, planning ability, and inhibition control.

Together, these indicators provide insight into how a team adapts to change, translates strategy into execution, manages pressure, avoids impulsive decisions, and sustains performance through complexity.

Each assessment results in a structured Management Team Report, including a predicted long-term performance percentile, a dimension-by-dimension team evaluation, and an investment risk matrix covering cooperation and growth readiness.

For Vandrix companies, the assessment becomes a differentiator. For investors, it provides a more comparable view of leadership capability. For traders, it adds confidence that companies active within the Vandrix market environment have been screened for execution capacity and structural team risk.

Cohr Group was founded in 2002 by chartered psychologist Johan Hanwin and has conducted more than 4,000 executive assessments across 25 global markets. Its CohrEx platform, developed since 2023, brings together executive functions, personality, analytical skills, and motivation, linking human behaviour directly to business-relevant KPIs.

According to Cohr Group, this integrated methodology delivers approximately twice the predictive accuracy of traditional assessment approaches.

Companies on the Vandrix platform may also engage Cohr Group separately to deploy CohrEx across their own organisations for leadership development, succession planning, due diligence, post-merger integration, culture work, and investment readiness.
